Taariq’s diverse experience and expertise as an architect allows him to diligently and professionally deliver on projects. Adopting a people-centric approach, perhaps his strongest skill lies in his ability to truly understand people, life, spaces and places. Through observation, education, and leaning-in to his client’s needs, Taariq is able to anticipate obstacles and offer superior solutions that culminate in exciting results.

For Taariq, integrity of character is as important of integrity of structures. Through creating a legacy of integrity, he has built strong relationships as well as strong buildings.Collaboration - a key component of his modus operandi – has allowed him to harness and optimise a range of talent within the industry.

Taariq has worked as an architect since qualifying with a Bachelor of Architecture and the Built Environment (BArch) Degree in 2004. He’s gained extensive experience working on projects that range from international airports and large-scale commercial developments, to educational facilities and luxury holiday apartments. The projects he has undertaken with the UFA family, has allowed him to expand his portfolio of residential projects. Taariq also holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies with Honours (BAS) Degree.
