Construction Contract Administration
Once all contracts have been finalised, we hand over the site and relevant construction documentation to the contractor/s. We initiate and review sub-contract design and documentation and inspect the works regarding conforming to the contract agreement. Interim payment valuations are received and approved.
At stage 5, we review and approve all subcontract shop drawings for design intent, and update the drawings register. Contract instructions are issued, and we review and apply for relevant operations and maintenance manuals, guarantees, certificates and warranties. Statutory certificates are obtained, the works are inspected, and practical completion and defects lists are issued.
