In order to maximize on the client’s investment, the value of the building structure and style needed to be aligned with the value of the location. Dealing with an extremely complicated site and outdated design, providing improvements that balanced potential with investment required a sensible approach with a high degree of attention to detail.

We were required to increase the clients living and entertainment area by maximising on their available and under-utilised roof top space creating a contemporary, state-of-the-art Penthouse with High-tech Wine Cellar that allowed the client to make the most of their location, passion and amazing 360 degree views.

We were able to work around them all to yield this custom designed, dream family home that took full advantage of its location and views of the city’s world-renowned Waterfront.

No matter the size or scale of a project we always strive to find creative solutions that culminate in innovative designs that honour the brief, the budget, the client, and the given time-frame.
