UFA was approached by the contractor appointed on the project for architectural assistance for the design and documentation of new additions and alterations to the existing house and site in order to successfully realise the clients vision. Situated in the prestigious area of Camps Bay in Cape Town, the concept was to redesign and rework the front portion and façade of existing house to maximize the opportunities of the very complicated site, in the end creating a modern and newly furnished villa.
